When You Die, Do You Believe You Just Go Away Somewhere? If So, the Devil Has Sucked You into His Big Lie.

Only Jesus Christ can save us from our sins.

aBe sober-minded; bbe watchful. Your cadversary the devil dprowls around elike a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.
I Peter 5:8

I hope and pray with all of my heart that you do not believe the insinuation of this title of this posting ("that when you die, you just go away somewhere"), nor any of the other lies that Satan has perpetrated against the human race.  Yes, it is a race- the most highly important race for Life and Death that you and I face.  The devil is always the Liar, and Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, is our One and only Promise for Life eternal.

Jesus paid the price of sin for us, for each of us.  God cannot have sin, for He is completely Holy, Pure, and Good.  When Adam and Eve believed the first lie of the serpent, Satan, it began the great divide between God and us.  God had told them that they could eat from all of the fruit in the Garden, all of the trees, except the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, for they would surely die.  That was Truth, of course, because God cannot lie.  He is Truth and Love.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, [6] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
17
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
 John 3:17-18
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish, but live Forever and Ever LIFE with Jesus and other believers in Heaven!

Read the Word of God, The Holy Bible.  There is the absolute Truth about Heaven and Hell. Attend a good, genuine church of our Christian faith and stay if you like the people, the sermons, and ceremonies such as Communion.  If need be, listen to a great church on the radio or on T.V.
Stay close with honest, trusted, and friendly Christians, perhaps in a small group.
You will grow in your faith!

The key to a bona fide Christ-believing church is that JESUS is the focus of the reason for being there.  Make sure that you realize that you must tell the Lord in a prayer that you believe in Him as your Lord and Savior.  That you plan to be in Heaven with Him one day.  Pray for others for the same.  Over time God will show you people in need of Salvation. You could invite them or others who have their Christian faith to join you at church, etc.  A Good Church does good and helpful things in the church for people and for people in the community, perhaps people in far away countries, especially for food, drinkable water, the Word/The Bible.  They need spiritual support and guidance.  A Christian church and its people do aWorld of Good (the world good!) here on Earth through prayer; food for someone sick; giving rides for folks to church; helping a neighbor in need; and so on.

We are all and each God's children; Jesus Christ made us at the beginning of time, and He has a plan for YOU and YOUR LIFE.
Offspring of our Lord God, the Great Maker and Creator God, blesses you greatly, and remember that once you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, God's Holy Spirit lives within you to teach you, guide you, to help you in countless good ways.

Jesus said, I am the Truth, the Life, and the Way.

Always and Forever in Him, Alone,

Donna

Love Poems to My Precious Daughter, Sarah, Who is Loved by Jesus, & A Salvation Prayer!

Art by Ranu

Oh, my Little One, my Grown Daughter.  I have so many memories of you in our family!  You are very strong-willed, adventurous, very caring about others, so tender.  Just a week or so ago, we were talking on the phone long distance, and your dad was joking with you, saying something about his leg was lagging behind or had gotten hurt, and you would not let it go, and you were COMPLETELY serious in keeping on asking until you were sure that your dad was all right!  Sarah.  Still the same as a child. Both Sarah and Tyler, Sarah's younger brother and our grown son, are always ready to help us!  My husband and I are so blessed, indeed, with our offspring.  Sarah's husband Eric is like our third, albeit the oldest! child (not that his parents would ever approve of our "stealing" him, so we pretend that he is our own born!)  He is an incredible blessing to everyone he loves and befriends, even people he does not know...BIG heart and smart.

Sarah, you are very loving of others...and animals! Wow.  You kept and took care of little froggy, turtle, fish, many kitties- our family's goal in life- dogs and cats and others at the vet where you worked, assisting in surgeries, exams, walking dogs.  One day as an older teenager, you were driving us along a sort-of side street near some shopping areas, and a bird flew right out in front of our car, and the car hit this darling little life.  You were absolutely stricken!  You stopped the car, put it in park, went in front of the car where the birdie lay and from the car, you ran to the birdie, and ever so quickly took it in your hands and brought it into the car.  You were quite stricken that the car and the bird collided. We were fortunately close to the veterinarian's office where you worked.  You sped over, parked, and took the injured bird into the office to get help.  I followed after them.  The dr./helper worked to revive the birdie with Sarah nervously watching.  Our bird friend did not make it, but I told Sarah she had done everything.  It makes me weepy, even now thinking of Sarah's anguish.
Oh, my, what a strong-willed, determined, did I say headstrong? girl you were and are?  Now Sarah is resolute, tempered with the softness of a kitten.

Now that I have told you some of our family stories, there is much more about our daughter, but I need to put the poems I have for the Lord and Sarah.  I hope you enjoy them, and perhaps they will inspire you, Friends.

In His Presence

 Won’t we be softened

By being in the presence

Of our Lord?

Won’t we be purer

When we sit at His feet?

In His shining countenance,

With loving, outreached arms

For us,

In the fragrance of His Home-

And our new Home, too!

Oh, it will surely be sweeter

Than any earthly fruit could bear!

Our clear faces will reflect

Precious Jesus’ smile,

And when we look back at Him,

He will see the love

We were meant to have for Him

In the beginning.

Seeing You, Lord!

I can’t wait to

See your face,

Lord.

Your real, exact

Face.

Will I fall down

Before you?

Will I let You

Sweep me up

Into your arms?

There is not even that question-

Of course, I will allow my Lord and Savior

Jesus Christ to swirl and to twirl me around with His Love!

Probably both-

Probably a

Million other

Possibilities.

Whatever- it will be beyond any expectation!!

A Salvation Prayer
Dearest Friends,
Please say this prayer with me to Jesus,
Or, you can use one that you
Feel really comfortable with,
Perhaps A Salvation Prayer in your
Church's hymnal or Bible.

You can put these thoughts into your own
Precious ideas, thoughts, and word-
From your Heart,
To Your Blessed Savior:

Cleansing Your Heart Before Him---
Dear Jesus,
I am awe-inspired by The Holy Bible with
Your stories, goings-on
and Love for all people.
You forgive us from ANY sins when we
Truly want a clean Heart.

Please tell Him:
Dear Lord Jesus~!  Please lend me thine ear!
I want to be your child,
And I know that you created ME and
Everything of the Earth and Stars.
You died on the cross, shedding your blood
for ME and my Life.
I accept You, Jesus, now and forever,
For my beloved Lord and SAVIOR!
I, Donna, want you in my Life
guiding and directing, helping me!
THANK YOU for loving me so much you died for
Every single human being, including myself
To be with YOU in Heaven one day,
When you say my time on Earth
Is finished, then I go to Heaven
To be with You and other Believers forever!!!
I love you beyond all expectation, Jesus.
YOU are the ONE and ONLY begotten
Son of God.
No one else, Jesus.
Amen.

God bless each of you in your walk on Earth and in your belief and acceptance, understanding of Jesus
and the Godhead- God the Father, God in Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit of the Lord!

Our Lord Jesus Christ: Maker of Us, Savior and Ruler of Heaven and Earth

Prince of Peace by Yongsung Kim

The Lord God helps me through the Holy Spirit to write: www.thehealingisalwayschrist.com  Its purpose and main goals are two-fold: 1) to be a helper to show people Who Jesus Christ is and what a great God we have, serve, and love!!  My hope and prayer is that each person will take Jesus as Lord and Savior, "not lest one fall (that no one should fall/fail to be saved)."  2) I encourage people who read these postings, who are already believers in the faith of Christ to be encouraged and renewed, also to bring people who have "left" the faith to return to Him again- re-commitment!  Ah, yes- to plant seeds of hope, understanding and knowledge of the Only True Creator and Savior, LORD, there is- Christ Jesus, the Messiah, the Beginning and the End, the Lover of our Souls Who wants you to join Him when it is time, one day in Heaven- to be in Heaven forever with Him, accepting God's Son Jesus  as your LORD God and Savior divine!  You want to choose Heaven, not Hell!  It is your decision, Friend. Tell God now!  Pray to God the Father, to accept Christ, take Jesus into your heart and start by being in His Kingdom, here on Earth, then continuing one day in His Heavenly Kingdom for ever and ever!  The Holy Spirit Himself comes in to dwell with you immediately and helps so very, very much to guide you, giving you truth and direction, hope, and comfort, as He teaches you!

The Twentieth Anniversary of My Lord Saving Me from Death in an Extremely Serious Car Accident

A Wondering Thought:
Sometimes I wonder how many times the Lord has rescued us from a catastrophe, and we have no idea.  Maybe in Heaven He will tell us!   :)

August 7, 2002, I crashed my car while driving on a country divided, two-lane highway in my state of Kansas. My husband was driving his small truck, and I was following him home. It would be a three hour drive from Royce's little sis Lori in Salina to Overland Park, our home, and we had just left Council Grove, an old Kansas town with LOTS of history and fun to hangout with family! Royce and I were very familiar with these towns and roads, especially since Royce had driven large trucks delivering large farm implements around Kansas and a few states.  The last thing on my mind that day was a car crash!

As I was driving the only things that I remember was the darkness, a drab gray and voices.  I remember my husband talking to me: Royce said that I would be ok; he or the other man said that I had been in a car accident.  The main thing on my mind was talking with Jesus and God.   I said, "Jesus, help me!'  Please help me, Royce, and the people here." That was it.

Everything was that gray blankness except for a few sounds people carrying me on a lift, seeing nothing, only having that vague awareness.   I heard the whirringsound of a helicopter's wings .  The people at the scene either told me that we were going to the helicopter, or I supposed that by hearing the sounds.  I was lifted into the copter, and then we took off. Royce had to drive the way to the hospital I was flown to St. Joseph's Emergency unit in KCMO, Missouri.  Royce was a police officer at that time, and when the people in charge had asked him which hospital, Royce said, St. Joseph's.  He had taken victims there, and it had the best reputation for extreme accidents at that time.

I am making this posting extra short because I want to put it online tonight on the 20th anniversary of that accident and time.  I have not included a picture of a car in a culvert, as I usually put a picture at the top of the story, wrecked. My family has been through so much with me that a graphic picture is one less reminder, even though it would be a facsimile.  I must say that my family went through so very much pain in that one month's stay at the hospital, then the following 9 months and year -plus, plus- with home therapy, outpatient therapy and at least 2-3 surgeries, and through the years.  I still walk with a cane. On a vacation, the family pushes me in a wheel chair, etc.

I was raised by an incredible Christian mother (more to come on that very soon!) who raised my sister Sherry and me to be very thankful for what we have from God in Jesus Christ, with our Holy Spirit, of course! She would point out about others who have much more need than we do! We are to give:

Luke 6:38. "Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."

This posting is meant to encourage you!!!  Please, do not be downhearted or heavy in spirit!  God is with you each step of your Life.  Be sure to commit your Life to Christ Jesus, and you will to go to Heaven when you pass on.  If you think a loved one had not accepted Jesus before dying, keep heart!  We do not know what goes on in the mind of a person is passing away.  God will take every advantage to persuade us to come to HIM!!!  Be sure you take your family to a really bona fide Christian, Bible believing church, and it is never too late to affect someone for their faith to be in Jesus. Stay in the Word; read and study the Bible.Tell people The Truth!!

God bless you, Dear One.  Be encouraged and have and keep your faith in Him.  He loves each one of us MORE than we can imagine.

I do not like to write in a shoddy fashion, but I am posting this writing tonight to get it out on the 20th anniversary and will keep editing this post!  Thank you for your understanding.
